Job Opening 19 July 2021 until filled: Lil' Tykes Childcare located in Largo, MD is accepting applications for 1 part-time Childcare assistant. The children in the home daycare setting range in age 3 months to 12 years. The assistant job duties include: Monitoring and supervising children constantly; maintaining a safe and positive environment; cultivating relationships with children, parents and guardians; alerting provider/owner to all emergencies/accidents; adhering to procedures in preparing bottles/changing diapers and taking care of Children; taking children outdoors for water, or playground activities; putting children down for nap before leaving; assisting with early learning activities; and other duties as assigned. Hours 8:00 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday. All applicants must be 20 years of age or older; must take and pass a FBI background check (this is a mandatory requirement) before working with children at Lil’ Tykes Childcare.
